The National Council of NGOs meet with other NGOs

The Council strives to empower organizations and all citizens in Kenya. Among thematic areas that the council and its NGOs work to improve the lives of the
people include Youth empowerment, women and children, Devolution and national planning, peace-building and cohesion, SDGs and Agenda 2030, Environment
and climate change and natural resources, Health and Gender, labor rights and social protection, water and irrigation, ICT training, energy, culture, national
heritage and tourism, lands, human rights, gender equality,poverty eradication, governance and leadership, research and documentation, PWD and other special
interest groups, small scale enterprises, guidance and counselling, population and development, education, diaspora and international relations, the senior citizens
and the elderly welfare, justice and legal affairs, drought and disaster management, agriculture and animal welfare.
